Flood Lights
Boom mounted floodlights (option)
All cranes can be provided with floodlights. The floodlights are mounted to the boom of the hydraulic marine crane. When a floodlight is mounted on the crane the crane operator always have a good view on the load during hoisting and lifting operations.
Floodlight are placed on request of our clients. Various capacities of the floodlights are available. The floodlights can be delivered in halogen version as well the new upcoming technology LED floodlights are also available.
CE Marking
CE approved hydraulic marine cranes (option)
Hs marine and Promac is able to provide the hydraulic cranes with a CE marking. As on the offshore CE marking is not official needed.CE marking is not a standard in our range of cranes. If the client requires a marine crane with CE approval it is possible to deliver those marine cranes.
Maintenance platforms
Crane maintenance platform (option)
To maintain the crane in optimum conditions the crew needs to access the crane. To make sure the crew is on a safe platform and to make the risk of slip and falls from ladders a lot smaller Promac and HS Marine offers a maintenance platform for cranes. The platform is mounted to the crane and rotates with the crane. With the maintenance platform the crew can access easy the most greasing points of the crane without standing on a ladder that makes the risk of slip and falls a lot smaller. As well the platform can be used to access the crane operator seat. Scepters on the platform is an option so there are no additional safety harnesses are required while working on the platform.
Paint system
RAL Colours (standard)
Promac and HS Marine offers a professional paint system for the cranes.And it is possible to choose your own RAL colour free of charge.
Flame metalizing treatment (option)
As an option Hs Marine and Promac offers a flame metalizing treatment for your hydraulic crane.
Flame spray coatings are typically ceramic coatings, metal alloys, and spray-and-fuse coatings. Spray and fuse coatings create a metallurgical bond to the base metal, with some carbide spray-and-fuse coatings producing hardness ranges up to Rockwell 88C. Resulting in less porous finishes, these coatings are able to resist abrasive grains, particle erosion, sliding erosion, fretting or wear, cavitation, and harsh environments caused by climate or chemicals.It makes sure that the Hydraulic marine crane stays in top condition.
Hydraulic power units (HPU)
Hydraulic power units (HPU) (option)
Hydraulic power units (HPU) of suitable capacities are offered as an option to drive the cranes. As a standard we offer HPU's for installation below deck well protected from the maritime offshore weather conditions.
The hydraulic power units are equipped with a high quality electric motor that drives the hydraulic pump, integrated oil tank and necessary hydraulic components such as oil level and temperature indicators, oil filter indicator , oil tank discharge ball valve. All to make sure that the hydraulic crane keeps running as good as possible. An electric starter cabinet is bolted to the HPU for easy removal and installation elsewhere if required.

Remote control crane positions and options (option)
Because every crane is produced specially for our valued customers it is possible to decide how to operate the crane or on witch position the control unit have to be located.So there are many options like:
A separate control stand alone unit, Seat mounted on the crane, Control cabin , Radio remote control unit.

Classification societies (option)
Hs marine cranes can be designed and fabricated to meet the most common rules and regulations of the classification societies, international standards and statutory bodies. Promac has experience with the most common classification societies that are used in the maritime sector like:
